I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. We arrived only to find out that our room wasn't available due to a power outage, and we weren't the only ones - another guest had been in a similar situation despite booking months in advance. The hotel owner's response was to ask us to understand his situation, which wasn't very helpful since we were left without a place to stay in a new city.

My stay at this hotel was a letdown. The daytime receptionist, Sumith, was friendly, but that was about the only positive aspect. We were charged for early check-in without prior notice, and the room was tiny and cramped for two adults. The standard room was so small that I had to upgrade to a deluxe room, which still didn't match the photos. The night shift receptionist was unfriendly, and the hotel's policy of only accepting cash was inconvenient.

Unfortunately, I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel. The staff, location, and room all fell short of my expectations. I didn't like anything about my stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

My experience at this hotel was mediocre at best. While the property itself was average, the room was a letdown - it wasn't clean, the bathroom didn't have running water, and there were stains on the walls. The breakfast was also subpar.
