The Premium upgrade is worth the extra cost if you can afford it; it gives you a huge room with plenty of space, free ice cream, a premium lounge, and fast check‑in. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The location is unbeatable, with subway access via an elevator, a nice Skytree view, and a quiet floor. The buffet breakfast is good, leaning toward Japanese cuisine but with some Western options. The only drawback is that the elevator moves a bit slowly.

The location is great, close to the train station, and fresh towels and water were regularly provided. Unfortunately, the window in the room couldn’t be opened. There was black mold under the air conditioner, in the corners of the room, and in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was lacking: dusty, with a couch covered in stains, and dirty mirrors. The value for money was not satisfactory.

The area is prime, with trains and buses right under the hotel and a 7‑Eleven offering Yamato delivery. The lounge is always usable. Laundry is paid but clean and equipped, even with a microwave. The only issue is that cleaning isn’t daily.

The place sits in an excellent spot for JR trains and the metro to Tokyo central and other tourist spots.

Cleanliness and service were spot on, and the breakfast tasted great. However, the breakfast area was so packed that it took about 30 minutes just to get in.
