Breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of options, the pools were beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to answer questions. However, the gym equipment needed maintenance, and the promised airport shuttle was not available on either day of our stay, which was a major disappointment.

Cleanliness was good, but many facilities were neglected: the gym machines didn't work, there were A/C issues, and the breakfast was not very varied.

The hotel and room felt like home during my extended stay; it was very clean and kept well maintained, and the staff—especially Immanuel, Tegar, and everyone else—were friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. The location is a plus, sitting right in the mall with many restaurants and a convenient MRT station, making it a clear choice for my next Jakarta trip.

The mall is inside the building, but it closes early at 20.30 and some parts need renovation (floor carpet in the hallway, etc.).

For the location and facilities, the price was excellent. It was cleaner than other places I've stayed in Indonesia, but it still doesn’t feel as clean as I would like.
