“Will not stay at that residence inn again”

The staff were very nice, but the place needs a lot of updates. The carpet in the room had holes, the towel rack was falling off the wall, and the toilet was stained as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked for a top‑floor room, got the second floor instead, and the neighbor above us was very noisy.

We had booked for 6: a two‑room suite with a sofa bed. The two rooms were fine, but the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The reception felt more like a police interrogation.

The kitchen staff, Angela, was amazing, and there were plenty of good options to choose from.

“An excellent hotel really nice facility- excellent friendly staff- a very good value for the money”

This hotel surprised me pleasantly; I’d never stayed in a Marriott residence before. The price was very cheap, yet the value was excellent. They offer a beautiful indoor pool with a hot tub, and an outdoor area with a gas fireplace where you can sit around a fire pit and warm your hands on a cold spring day. The pre‑breakfast area was good, and the breakfast itself was truly amazing. The hotel is very nice, and I’d definitely return, especially since I only paid $143 for one night in a queen suite that included a separate living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a separate bedroom—all for $143. WOW! The front desk staff were nice, and I liked everything about the property.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was good, but I experienced real racism. When I arrived, the front desk lady named Vicky was racist and refused to look at my second reservation; she gave snacks to everyone else, but because we are Hispanic she didn’t bother to do so.
