The Rose Garden is a beautiful, meticulously maintained property that’s impeccably clean; its location is ideal for quick trips to inland gems like the Frasassi Caves and Fabriano, as well as the sea and the Conero Riviera. The hosts, Rosi and Gianfranco, were wonderfully accommodating, kind, and always ready with valuable tips for hikes, sights, and restaurants, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was especially noteworthy—plentiful, genuine, and lovingly prepared by Rosi, who is not only a fantastic host but also an excellent cook. And who could forget the two lovely house pets, Zac and Laika, whose presence added a warm, family‑like atmosphere. ❤️ This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend and would gladly revisit. Thanks from the heart to Rosi and Gianfranco for the wonderful welcome and for making our stay so pleasant! The only downside was the lack of time to linger longer.

Everything was flawless: the room, breakfast, and warm welcome were all fantastic, and the owners were truly delightful. Nothing to complain about.
