Our group had a wonderful 4-day stay at Summit North Star Hotel, Gangtok in July,26. We truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. The hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The swimming pool was fantastic, and we had a great time enjoying the facilities. The restaurant served delicious and tasty food, although the prices were a little on the higher side. The bar was absolutely mind-blowing, with a great ambiance and excellent service. A special thanks to Mr. Azad and Ms. Sushma for their exceptional hospitality and for making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gangtok. We look forward to staying here again!

The view from my room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were beautiful. The only issue was that at around 11 or 12 pm I called reception for water, but no one answered. I stayed thirsty all night, and only the next morning did the staff deliver water to me.

The property offered a stunning view and comfy beds, and it was easy to reach from a wide road. The only drawback was that there was no air conditioning.
