From the warm welcome to the final goodbye everything was perfect. The staff were kind and provided quality products with impeccable attention. The only downside was that I only stayed one night.

Everything was perfect, the staff went above and beyond despite the language barrier, the dinner and breakfast were hearty and delicious. The place is great for relaxing and is well‑located for city visits. Nothing to note.

The accommodation is very traditional, with few guests at a time, and the service is friendly and attentive. The food is abundant and very traditional, showing quality and craftsmanship even if some tastes are unfamiliar. The onsen is always available and private for us. The bed comfort could be improved and there is no heating in the bathroom.
