The location is beautiful, but it needs improvement.

The staff were helpful and the location is great, right next to Hera mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast, however, was disappointing.

The female staff were wonderful and the suite was excellent. The male staff member on the evening shift fell short of guest‑service standards; when I asked for water at night he didn’t reply, not even to say if it was available, and the buffet was subpar.
