The beds were super comfortable and soft, and the room was very clean, including the shower and toilet. It’s literally next to Okubo station, which is super convenient, and it’s not a far walk from Shin‑Okubo station. Check‑in and check‑out were both easy. The included washer/dryer was also great, just don’t put too much inside. ; ) The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep but honestly not too bad. If you’re sensitive to sounds, you’ll hear neighbors through the walls at night; use ear plugs and it’ll be fine. :)

“A humble exterior which leads into a luxurious apartment”

I booked a family room on the upper floor, which turned out to be a double apartment—quite roomy. The bathroom had two toilets and two showers, and there were two TVs, which was handy. The only downside was the absence of a chair; I could only sit on one of the beds, so a simple chair or stool would have been appreciated.

Having a washing machine was a relief because I could wash my underwear. I wish there had been a bathtub.

“Unappealing outside but nice inside.”

Two rooms were joined to create a family room, giving us two bathrooms and two kitchens, which was great in size. The free washing machine was convenient, and the location was close to the train station with free amenities. However, the exterior looked unappealing, and the dryer was missing; the washing machine only has a blowing function and doesn’t dry clothes properly.
