Very clean with good service and comfortable rooms. The shower water splashed out, came out of the bathtub, and had to be cleaned.

“Horrible”

location was convenient to major highway. Pretty much everything else. Housekeeping was subpar and only replaced towels. Don’t even change my sheets until requested . The breakfast was edible but not ideal. Wifi was very spotty so i had to use my personal hot spot for work. Room service hours are spotty and they never sneer the phone. You have to call the front desk for a transfer. Finally the po has no attendant so any request for towels, beverages etc also requires taking the elevator to the main lobby. Just a very bad customer experience and i will never stay there again

“A great stay while in town for a concert!”

A great hotel choice if you’re seeing a concert at Kia Center! It’s walking distance from the venue, close to restaurants and bars, and has an easily accessible parking area. The staff was super friendly and the complimentary happy hour drinks and hotel breakfast were great perks. The building was slightly dated but clean overall!

“I will definitely stay there again!!”

The location, complimentary breakfast and drinks, the rooms, and the staff were all good. I liked everything, just a bit pricey.
