Breakfast was only served once, it was good, and the location was excellent, close to all the beaches. The wifi was lacking.

The place felt like a broken box, terrible, a mortuary in a cosmic void; only the donkey grazing in front of the enclosure appealed to me. The anonymous residence offered no service, no soul, and was at least 15 minutes from the nearest town. The TV didn’t work, the remote was missing, so I called management and they sent another one that was locked with a code. We tried to get the other to work and discovered the antenna didn’t fit at all; I told the host, but he just shrugged. The kids were frustrated, the place felt medieval, nothing was there. The apartment was passable but cramped, tiny, and empty. Without a TV the kids went crazy. The wrought‑iron bunk bed was wobbly and terrible; there was no double bed, just two single beds side by side. The shower had a window, the worst part was the lack of a washing machine and the bathroom sink was clogged, so I had to wash the kids’ clothes in the bidet. The garden was overgrown, a mess with sharp palms; the kids couldn’t leave the house because they’d get splattered with dust and dirt, no concrete, no place to park the car—it turned into a mess in a minute on the gravel. The beaches were far, and for anything you had to drive, a total mortuary isolated in the middle of nowhere. It’s for those who like it… I don’t.

The location was close to the beaches (3–4 km) and parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast included good cakes, and the towels were very soft. The experience was flat and not exciting: the building needs renovation and the staff are demotivated. Customer attention is minimal and the reception is almost always empty. The staff, visible only in the morning, seemed unfriendly, detached, and visibly tired. The room urgently needs updates: the furnishings are outdated, the shower doesn’t close properly, lacks half‑glass, and the TV has poor reception. I also found annoying bugs and an unpleasant smell; while I know this isn’t directly the staff’s fault, it was so bothersome that I had no desire to return.

The place is pretty, with plenty of outdoor space, a nice patio, and clean rooms. The room was tidied every day and towels were swapped when needed. The breakfast, mostly pastries, was decent. We’d like to see an outdoor shower and a self‑service breakfast option.
