“Amazing and Convenient”
The location was great—about a 5‑minute walk from the metro station and easy bus access, and you’re within walking distance of the Colosseum. The room, bathroom, and kitchen area were all perfect and super clean, and the price was excellent.

Communication was exceptional and quick, the room was amazing, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in years. For central Rome, the quietness, safety, and comfort are unmatched. I felt bad about keeping the host on text, especially late at night when we were delayed, but no B&B has a 24‑hour reception. The lift takes some getting used to but works perfectly.

The place was very clean, spacious, and modern, with easy accessibility and a lift that was a bonus. Giulio was very accommodating, helpful, and responded promptly. It was less than a 10‑minute walk to the Colosseum and there were many restaurants right outside the door, and only about a 10‑15‑minute walk from the main train station. The shower was a bit dodgy with the hot and cold water, but aside from that we couldn’t complain. It was also nice that it was more peaceful, quiet, and authentic, away from the crowds.
