“My booking was not there I also read that a similar case has happened to some people from April and June . How do we rep”

I booked but the reservation wasn’t there; please remove it from your side so others aren’t scammed. The number on the side just rings with no response.

I paid online, but when I arrived the security guard was sleeping; we had to shout for a long time and she said they hadn’t given her keys for our room, so we had to go back. I’m still waiting for a refund. Poor service.

“SCAM ALERT”

I booked a room on April 24 for 25–26 April 2026 (Sat‑Sun) on the app and paid R812.53. On Saturday morning (25 April) a lady named Ayanda called to say the hotel was closed and would issue a full refund, but they didn’t know the app was still taking bookings. She asked me to cancel on my side for a refund, so I did and only received R65 from the app. I’ve been texting and calling with no reply; I want my money back.

I paid R812.66 for a single night at this property, only to discover upon arrival that I had been scammed. I plan to file a complaint against them.

I arrived to find the place clean and tidy, but the confusion over bookings turned a nice spot into a nightmare. They told me they no longer accept online reservations, so I had to scramble for another room or pay again at 11 pm. The staff let us in, yet I was woken up early the next morning to pay again for my stay.
