Appartement Dio Avec Garage Privé

“Prima verblijf ondanks cv-ketel in keuken. Goede prijskwaliteit verhouding.”

The apartment is located centrally yet still quiet. The parking garage is a nice bonus. The apartment’s furnishings are good and well maintained. The kitchen appliances are in good condition. The toilet and shower are on the second floor but in excellent condition. The heating boiler in the kitchen can be heard at night, including dripping condensate water.

“Top lokatie voor een stedentrip, midden in het centrum.”

The location is in the center, perfect for a city trip. Everything is within walking distance. There are many dining options nearby, so plenty of choices. The room has plenty of coffee and tea. The bed is good. The luxury shower cabin is nice, though it requires some learning (a tip for the host: put an information leaflet somewhere with the instructions), but the shower itself is fine. The key to the apartment is available in a lockbox at the entrance, which we found a bit late because we had no internet connection on the way there. The location has internet. Emails were answered immediately. We chose the location based on parking availability at the apartment. After booking we received an email that parking is only available when booking the suite and not for the apartment. Street parking would be free, but there is never a spot. Nearby parking in the garage can cost 6 € per day, so that’s not a problem, but that info should be mentioned on the site.

“Great 1 night stopover”

Private garage parking was excellent. Nicole provided assistance when requested very promptly. Couldn't fault the apartment. Nothing

Good facilities, car parking available, close to an interesting town centre and the owner is responsive to requests.
