Nothing at all! The front desk clerk cancelled my online reservation, refused to price‑match so I ended up paying $5 more, and then after charging my card for the room he demanded a $75 security deposit that he never mentioned beforehand or during the online booking. I had no $75 to pay, couldn’t secure the room, and because he rushed and processed my card, the only money I had left was now tied up for 1–2 business days, leaving me without a room and without cash. This place is terrible, don’t book online—they won’t honor the cheaper price from sites, and they were unhelpful, so I’ll never use them again.
“Hot and disappointing”
We checked out in the morning and the staff were very friendly, but the whole hotel was oppressively hot and it wasn’t until after midnight that our room cooled to a comfortable temperature. Our room also had stains on the curtains, couch, and floor, plus a random damp, sticky spot on the carpet.
“Clean, comfortable bed, cool AC,”
The location and price were good, but the breakfast was thin.

The staff were good, but there was no microwave in the room even though I was told one would be provided, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, and breakfast was the same every day—waffles and cereal.

The night clerk charged my card without asking how I wanted to pay and didn’t give us a receipt; the next morning someone else had to fix the mistake.
