In historic center of Quito 1) Owner Operator Napoleon is hospitable and attentive which over compensate of other issues as small rooms and no. Closets 2). But very willing to store your luggage as needed. Small rooms and no closet

A comfortable, quiet spot, but it had a strong smell of dust or dampness, probably due to the building’s construction.

Good location, good value, and the staff were very, very friendly. It was a bit noisy because of street vehicles.
