The room was super comfy and tidy, and it’s very affordable. The free breakfast was scheduled from 8 to 10, yet it didn’t start until 8:30, and by 8:45 most guests were left with only bread and a few remaining protein items; it seemed the chef didn’t prepare enough for at least half the guests.

The property is absolutely wonderful, with beautiful views and a prime location—just minutes from the beach and local excursions. The staff are cheerful, helpful, and kind, and breakfast is the best way to enjoy a traditional Jamaican meal, better than most food you can buy outside; 10/10. There is no balcony, but there are plenty of outdoor seating spots. Hot water was inconsistent, and the Wi‑Fi was spotty.

Breakfast was tasty and filling, and the Front Desk did a great job arranging taxi transport.

Breakfast was awful: we were served sweet potato, green banana, stew chicken, and the potatoes were black and spoiled, so we had to throw them away; it was cold, and the tea was self‑serve. The room was okay and the overall facility was fine, but a bottle of water could have been placed in the room. The pool seemed too deep—4 ft instead of the advertised 3 ft. I was quoted a higher price for extra services I requested at check‑in, and I was told I had to pay more. In my honest opinion, the breakfast was a joke; the food was cold even though we arrived early, and we were served scraps from the pot that were meant to be discarded. Milo was found in a coffee bottle, which was misleading. Service needs improvement. At night, there was a lot of thumping, like someone moving furniture on the upper floor, and because my husband and I were on the ground floor, it disrupted our sleep.
