The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly, and the lattes at Starbucks were so good!

I appreciated the little bottles of water in the refrigerator and the lotions, soaps, and other bathroom items, but the pillows were not fresh and smelled bad. I also disliked that there was no free breakfast or coffee in the morning; the coffee maker made it hard to brew good coffee in the room, and we were in a room next to loud highway noise.
