Hotel Forellenhof, located in Flachau's centre, features a modern spa area with an indoor pool, restaurant, and free tennis court. Rooms offer cable TV, bathroom with bathrobes, and seating area, with most having a balcony. The hotel provides Qi Gong classes, table tennis, billiards, and private fishing grounds, including a nearby pond. Reduced green fees are offered at the nearby Radstadt Golf Course.

The hotel is perfect, with excellent service; the staff do everything to give you the best possible experience. We received everything we asked for. It’s a great place, and I’ll definitely come back. Thanks to Mike and everyone else—love you all, Barak family.

The place is beautiful and offers a lovely view—though the balcony is arguably unnecessary since there is a window anyway. The hotel has private parking, the staff is very nice and friendly, and the spa is excellent. It is located close to a supermarket and restaurants. The pillows are very uncomfortable, and there is no coffee or tea in the room; once you use a bathrobe at the spa, it isn't replaced—you keep the same one for the entire stay

The experience was extremely bad and unacceptable. We felt clearly discriminated against and treated differently because of our identity. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and made us feel completely unwelcome. The hotel was also very dirty, with an unpleasant smell and poor hygiene. Absolutely not worth the money. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the wellness facilities—pool, sauna, steam bath—were pleasant. Breakfast was super tasty with a wide selection. The only issue was the very limited snack menu for the evening.
