The value for money is exceptional. The location is very good for both the city center and the Bologna fairs, which was my main interest, and the lady’s friendliness and availability are not to be overlooked. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. I rate it extremely positively.

The lady’s kindness, the cleanliness, and the location were all positive. The bathroom drain was a bit noisy.

The facility has everything you need, and the owner was especially kind in offering a parking spot. The rooms face the street and are extremely noisy; we never slept well because of traffic noise and sounds from neighboring apartments.
