Alpenspitz Appartements - Garni - B&B

“Sehr sauber und liebevoll”

The apartment was very clean and beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything else matched expectations. A remote control was missing, but since we didn’t watch TV it didn’t matter. The heating had a mind of its own 😅.

“Nessuna pulizia delle camera in 5 giorni di soggiorno, escluso cambio asciugamani solo su richiesta.”

The location is fine. The staff was absent. At check‑in I waited 15 minutes with no one answering calls or the intercom. At check‑out the staff appeared immediately to collect extra charges. I called to find out the extra fee for the dog but never received a reply; they finally emailed me a few days before my arrival. The extra cost for a 3‑year‑old child was never specified.

“Quei posti sono il top per chi, come noi, vuole natura, tranquillità ed ottima cucina.”

The location is away from the chaos, surrounded by mountains, and there are many lodging options. Too often the reception had no one, forcing us to shout for someone to intervene. On the first day our room wasn’t re‑checked because the cleaning tag was missing, and that tag had never been given to us.

The apartment’s layout is good, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately the balcony is not sunny. The staff was non‑existent. Before the stay I sent two emails with no reply; a phone call was ignored and never returned. During the stay the reception desk was always empty. The animal surcharge was not disclosed. The location is a bit remote—about 1 km downhill to reach Blich’s center, where there are three restaurants and a well‑stocked minimarket.

“Molto carino, pulito, personale molto cortese, a 20 minuti circa dal centro di Vipiteno”

The staff were very friendly and everything was spotless. No complaints.
