I spoke to staff on the phone, and the woman said the hotel has been closed for three months. I wasn’t checked in, the hotel hasn’t been operating for three months, and Booking is still selling rooms for this hotel, while customer support does not respond to complaints. I haven’t received a refund. Fraud.

The place sits in a great spot, but the room lacks a microwave or anything to heat food, and the entrance feels old and dirty.

The host told us the accommodation had a water damage issue, but that wasn’t communicated to us. We haven’t gotten our money back yet, and the owner stopped communicating.

Nothing special. The location is fine, but don’t be fooled—never stay here. When I arrived, I couldn’t reach the host and didn’t get the key code. After nearly an hour, a neighbor helped me in. The host’s place is just one door away, locked by the host. The bed creaked loudly and the sheets smelled damp. It was a terrible experience.

Nothing. This was the worst stay we’ve ever had. We never even got to the property because the host stopped hosting without telling us. We showed up at the address, waited in the rain, and the host didn’t answer our messages. After multiple calls she finally answered and told us there was no room for us, to contact someone else, and that she’d already informed them. She acted dismissive and didn’t see it as her problem. When we asked the platform, they said the host hadn’t informed them at all, yet the listing was still open for new guests. We spent hours trying to figure out what was happening and had to scramble for another place on short notice. Being left outside in the rain, ignored, and misinformed is completely unacceptable.
