Hampton Inn & Suites St Clairsville, Oh

The staff was very pleasant and the room was very comfortable, so I will definitely stay again. I have no complaints.

“Very nice property with helpful staff--the complimentary reception my first night was wonderful.”

The breakfast spread was very nice—eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

The room was fine, but I had to change the date of my reservation and ended up paying twice; they told me to contact the manager for a refund, yet I left multiple messages and no one returned my call, so we won’t be using your chain again and will tell everyone we know to stay elsewhere—thanks for my money.

“All around this was a good place to stay. Without really leaving the parking lot there were food options and shopping op”

It was a cute little hotel perfect for our 1 night stay. I don’t recall anything that made me unhappy about this stay

“I wish I had my money back”

Breakfast was good and the mall was easy to reach, but I found that my sheets were not washed—there was a long hair inside the blanket and dirt, and an old rotten apple on the floor at the head of the bed; I told the front desk, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, so I will never book there again.
