The highlight of the apartment is the balcony, offering a beautiful sea view from the 5th floor, and especially at night you only hear the ocean, no street or house noise—great! The room isn’t too big and is very clean, as is the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The bakery and supermarket are around the corner. The housemaids are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. A shuttle car took us to the airport for a fee, but it was reliable and punctual. Unfortunately there are no pots in the kitchen—only a kettle and a microwave. Towels and kitchen cloths can be changed daily.

The room was stunning with a sea view, and the hospitality was very family‑like. Mrs Elena was super helpful, kind and friendly; you have to try to believe it. Highly recommended! Everything was fine.

I liked the spot at the start of the beach promenade and could use the shared kitchen. It was quiet at night, and the check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free. The city of Crotone disappointed me; it wasn't worth the trip.

“Abbastanza bene”

Nell'insieme molto bello, la posizione è ottima, vista bellissima sopra al mare e a 2 passi e si e subito in spiaggia. dotazione lenzuola/ asciugamani non mancava nulla. con lo staff/proprietario ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dal balconcino il suono delle onde del mare di prima mattina e un buon bel risveglio. Qualche punto negativo c'è. è un appartamento condiviso cioè c'è una cucina in comune e 3 stanze separate indipendenti. Porta indipendente clima in stanza, frigo in stanza, bagno in stanza, insomma una stanza completa. La cucina mai utilizzata anche se disponibile perché appunto usavo la stanza solo per dormire. Però nella descrizione non cita appartamento condiviso, ma c'è scritto appartamento. Il trita tutto in bagno e rumoroso, Il letto è scomodo, inutile girarci intorno. La cosa che non mi e assolutamente piaciuta e che mancasse il bidè. Ecco capisco che e un appartamento "vacanze" i turisti sono di varie nazionalità pero per me ci sono delle priorità come in questo caso il bidè non deve mancare. forse la nostra stanza era attrezzata così magari le altre c'era tutto forse. ci siamo trovati bene tutto sommato, vista spettacolare
