“Logement tout à fait ok pour une nuit”

A good spot in a relatively quiet part of Morzine, with a very friendly bar staff. The bike storage is well secured. Breakfast was excellent! The hotel has no front desk, which makes the experience feel very impersonal, though the bar staff were still very nice (yet they couldn’t answer any questions about the hotel). You have to use several codes to get into the room and the bike locker. The bunk beds shift a lot and make a lot of noise.

The location was convenient, but the overall service didn’t match the price. There was no parking, the general condition was dirty, stair carpet was grimy, and door handles were stained. The keypad‑locked door to the rooms stayed open most of the morning, and the key board was unsecured. I paid an extra 100 euros for two separate beds in room 9, which is less than 8 m², yet it lacked a TV, desk, and the wardrobe couldn’t be opened because it was against the bed. No windows, only a Velux like the bathroom. Anyone taller than 1.70 m had to use the attic toilet. The breakfast was a basic buffet and the schedule wasn’t respected, preventing us from eating on two mornings. Given the 750 € we paid, the overall experience was disappointing, and I’m asking for a commercial gesture; otherwise, I won’t book again on your platform. I expect a personal reply, not a generic letter.

“Déçu”

Communication was very difficult; no one at reception answered the phone, only texts. There was no parking, no equipment in the room, no TV, no fridge, no AC, and the walls were so thin you could hear neighbors making noise.

“MTB friendly place. good breakfasts.”

The place is friendly for mountain biking and the breakfasts are good. I had to work a bit, and a slightly higher table in my room would make working easier.
