The location was excellent and the amenities were great, the staff were very friendly and helpful in all of our interactions, and the hotel was very clean and well presented, but the swimming pool was only for exercise so we couldn’t just relax and enjoy it, and the in‑room dining costs were very high.

The Japanese cuisine was served by a new staff member who was very meticulous, but the bar lounge could raise its hospitality a bit.

It’s very fancy and within walking distance of Tokyo station, but they handed me a wine bottle for my birthday.

The location was spot on, and the rooms were roomy, comfy, and offered fantastic views. The staff were fantastic, always ready to help with any request. The spa facilities and overall experience were truly amazing. On the downside, the gym facilities were missing for the price, and the noise from the train station was a bit disruptive.
