The location was great—just a 5‑minute walk to the MTR station and a 20‑minute walk to the Ningxia Night Market. The bathtub leaked from the cat‑footed tub, soaking the floor of the combined bath‑toilet area. There was a window, but it was only about 15 cm from the wall of the next building, so it stayed dark all day.

The place is well‑situated and the staff are friendly. The bathroom could use some improvements; the floor got really wet after showering.

I booked the room with a king bed, which was farther from other rooms, so I finally didn’t hear anyone chatting in the middle of the night. The staff should smile more; otherwise it feels like they’re owed something.
