I loved the lakeside location, but the heat pump was broken, the beds were not comfortable at all, and the place could use more work to make it cleaner and newer towels. The pool was dirty and the receptionist was new and didn’t know much about the place.

The location and the layout were great, and it felt warm. The shower was a problem.

No wi-fi password written inside the room. Also no one answer phone after 9.30

The receptionist was helpful, gave us extra towels when ours didn’t dry, and came over when the door was stuck.
