The room smelled like urine; the bed had a strong urine odor, there was no air conditioning, the staff were rude, and the water made my eyes burn and smelled like urine, causing an eye infection for my 6‑year‑old child.

We skipped breakfast, but the room and bathroom were fine. The room could have been cleaner, and a no‑smoking sign would have helped because the place still smelled like old cigarette smoke.
