“Clean, good facilities, good beach, friendly staff, great training zone”
I was really impressed by the crossfit/training zone, which had all the gear I needed, and the instructors were genuinely friendly and pleasant.

The hotel itself looked stunning, and the beach access was great. The BBQ Corner and Creperie were especially fabulous, and most of the staff were helpful. The gym area and tennis court were nice too. However, a few staff members came across as unfriendly, though most were lovely. The food quality was often lacking, particularly the Asian dishes, and the main restaurant frequently served dry meat. It didn't always feel like a 5‑star property, and a small free spa with warm water would have been nice on colder days.

The staff were great at the reception, bar, pool, snack bars, and dining room, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel’s concept restaurants weren’t to our taste, the food quality was very mediocre compared to the main dining room, and it was a bit confusing to update the number of guests for concept restaurant reservations because the app only allows booking for two people.

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The minibar is included in the all‑inclusive and is restocked most days. The room also has a large TV with Netflix, which was handy during bad weather. The buffet restaurant was great—normally I’m not impressed with these, but this one was decent. All à la carte restaurants are also included with the all‑inclusive, and the cocktail selection was excellent. When we arrived, all à la carte restaurants were fully booked, and we weren’t told to book in advance, but the hotel managed to get us seats. Most of them were enjoyable, though the steak restaurant was a slight let‑down—the meats weren’t great.

Despite our overall disappointing experience, we want to highlight that the staff in many areas were very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and the staff in the various restaurants and bars, who were always kind, attentive, and helpful—we thank them. The spa also left a positive impression; the massage we had on the last day of our stay was really good and we liked it a lot. We paid for that spa treatment, it wasn’t free. We still want to mention the quality of the massage positively and thank the spa team. We also appreciate the small gesture in the room—a bag with a comb and a wash/dry set—and we appreciate such gestures. Unfortunately, they couldn’t offset the many problems during our stay. We were at Mitsis Rinella last week and were looking forward to our stay, especially our honeymoon. Unfortunately, we must say that our stay was shadowed by numerous problems and we were overall very disappointed. We do not want to disparage the whole hotel or all staff. There were friendly and engaged staff and some positives. In total, our experience does not match what we expected from a 5‑star hotel at this price. We specifically requested a quiet room and mentioned that my wife is pregnant. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly given a free upgrade to a bungalow in the garden area, for which we thank the hotel. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that the room was not quiet at all. Our bungalow was practically between other rooms—on the left, right, and even above were other guests. For us it was more of a “sandwich room.” From the third night, the situation became especially stressful. The guests around us were sometimes extremely loud, partying and chatting until about 4 am. This was very disappointing for our honeymoon and especially given my wife’s pregnancy. The next day, I fell ill and needed rest and recovery. I personally went to the reception, complained about the noise, and asked for a room change. We were told that no other room was available due to full occupancy. A room change would only be possible for the last night if a room became free.
