The central structure and excellent location were great. Thanks to the kind and helpful owner, the stay was wonderful. The only thing that could be annoying is the outside noise (the room isn’t well sound‑proofed), but otherwise everything was very nice, orderly, and clean.

The owner was very welcoming to my dog, set up a kennel, snacks, and bowls, and was flexible with the check‑in time. It is located inside the ZTL zone, so finding a distant parking spot was difficult. The boiler was off, so I had a cold shower. We didn’t know how to turn off the radiators without also shutting the boiler, which made it extremely hot. The hairdryer blew cold air, the TV remote didn’t work, and the owner didn’t answer a call for clarification. It’s a pity because overall the room was clean, tidy, and the location two steps from the main square was good.

The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owner went the extra mile, picking us up at the station and escorting us to our room, showing great courtesy and friendliness. The location was superb, close to the station and the police station. Thank you for everything. Everything was perfect.
