The shower was nice, but everything else felt overpriced for what we received. The location was poor, the TV offered a limited selection, and there was insufficient lighting both inside and outside. The bed was only so‑so.

The manager kindly held a piece of luggage for me because I had no way to lock my trunk; I had to travel out of town for part of the day, and he let me keep it in the lobby until I could retrieve it. That extra help was a big deal and went far beyond what I expected from this motel.

The room was clean and the hotel was just .5 mile from the art fair we were attending. The bathroom sink faucet, however, had hot water coming from both the hot and cold taps.

It was close to the university, but the entry way was dirty.

The hotel is close to OSU and right by the path along the river, but the rooms feel a little run down and need upkeep. It’s expensive for what you get.
