SUMAHAN SUITES & SPA

“Un séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel élégant et paisible, offrant un confort irréprochable, une piscine agréable, un emp”

The hotel’s quality delivers an elegant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained setting. The pool is especially pleasant, offering a real relaxation zone. Its location is both convenient and tranquil. The quiet atmosphere lets you fully enjoy your stay, and the 360° view is breathtaking. I sincerely appreciate the manager, Mr. FAHID Faical, for his professionalism, availability, and dedication. His focus on our comfort, seriousness, and commitment truly make a difference. It’s a pleasure to see such a high level of quality and devotion in the hotel’s management. Thanks again for your excellent work and daily involvement.

“Excellent Hôtel”

Staying at this hotel less than half an hour from Marrakech’s centre was fantastic: every staff member greeted me warmly and was very helpful, the property was spotless and fully deserved its five‑star rating, the rooms were roomy and well equipped, the pool looked stunning, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the lunch and dinner options were of excellent quality; I especially want to thank Faïssal, the manager, who met all my requests in record time, and I’ll gladly return.

“Séjour magnifique”

The staff, food, calm and restful surroundings, and the welcoming Moroccan hospitality—always smiling, always attentive—made our stay unforgettable. A renovation of the walls in the accommodation would be a welcome improvement.

“Très bien mais aurait pu être parfait si le ménage aurait été fait correctement”

The pool was a highlight, as was the whole team—from receptionist Faysal to the chefs, guards, bartender, and maintenance staff. The continental breakfast was spot‑on and tasty, the peace was welcome, and seeing a horse wander the garden added a nice natural touch. However, housekeeping was only superficial, towels were taken but never replaced, a dead cricket lingered for four days indicating the floor wasn’t cleaned, the shower overflowed into the hallway each time, and it showed lime deposits despite the high‑end fixtures. Moreover, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in our apartment at all.

Special mention to Abdellrahim who serves breakfast and Hicham from security.
