The hotel’s vegetation is beautiful and well‑maintained, as is the interior design. The room is very detailed. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the historic center. The breakfast and café area is too small, offers little variety, and there isn’t enough staff for the many guests, so you have to fend for yourself.

The location, breakfast, and room were superb. Breakfast should run until 11 am because people visit Chiang Mai for vacation, not business.

I wasn’t told before booking that the swimming pool was under renovation during my stay; only upon arrival did I learn there was no pool and the building was noisy all day until 11 pm.
