The staff were great, the rooms were excellent, I even received a room upgrade and a fantastic 5* breakfast—thanks a lot.

The place was clean, the pool was big and spotless, the car park and gym were handy, breakfast was good, I got a free upgrade, and the staff were professional, but the exchange rate between the reservation currency ($) and the local currency (Iraqi dinar) was extremely high and didn’t match the actual price.

Service and quality were very good, and the staff were all very friendly—especially Halime Hanım, who was incredibly helpful; the location was also very close to many central places.
