Everything we needed in the city was within easy reach, and the hotel’s general location was close to Times Square—though not inside it. The place was fairly clean and the staff were very friendly. They were accommodating with our bags after checkout, holding them for most of the day, which let us spend more time exploring. The only downside was the coffee machine, which had dust and hair buildup; it wasn’t a huge deal because we have plenty of coffee options in the city, and the free breakfast was still a nice touch.

The location was good and the hotel was clean, but the rooms aren’t large enough for two beds and there’s no space for two pieces of luggage.

La cama es muy grande y cómoda. El baño un poco estrecho

The staff were very nice, the room was clean, comfortable, and looked great. The room did have a cigarette smell, but we didn’t tell the front desk because we just wanted to get on with our day in NY, so it isn’t their fault.
