Everything about this resort deserves praise: location, stay, ambience, hospitality, food, activities. I couldn’t find anything to dislike, just a suggestion to raise the pool temperature a bit.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the service was outstanding. The food was great, and the room was luxurious and spotless.

The location is good, but the restaurant service could use more polishing.

The spot by the lake is gorgeous, but getting in is a nightmare—the road is so narrow that it feels like a hassle to reach the hotel. The property itself is tiny, just a reception, the main block with rooms, and a restaurant, leaving almost no open space to wander or relax. Aside from a climate‑controlled pool, there’s hardly anything else to do on the premises, so a 3–4 day stay gets dull unless you venture outside. The food was a let‑down: breakfast was dull and repetitive, with Idli‑sambar showing up every day as if they weren’t willing to try anything new. The à la carte lunch was decent, but the lunch and dinner buffets were mediocre, offering the same noodle dish, fried rice, a vegetable stew, and 2–3 standard non‑veg options like chicken, fish, or mutton. For the price, the variety was far below what one would expect. Rooms were clean but cramped, with only queen‑size beds that didn’t feel premium for the cost. Service was adequate but nothing special, and the Wi‑Fi was sluggish and unreliable. All in all, the lakeside location and cleanliness are positives, but the cramped size, limited facilities, repetitive food, small rooms, bad access road, and slow Wi‑Fi make it hard to recommend at ₹40,000 per night.
