The setting was amazing with views over the Hudson River and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Every area was cleaned and well maintained, and the converted buildings look gorgeous. We dined once at the riverfront restaurant and enjoyed a delicious meal. The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

The Hudson River location and the morning sunrise view were great. The staff were courteous and helpful. The bar and restaurant inside the mansion offered a tranquil, romantic atmosphere for couples. The bathroom sink had a slight backup that needed plumbing to clear a minor clog. It was unclear what the $60 resort fee covered; it should be explained verbally at check‑in whether that fee includes hotel amenities or is an extra charge.

Nice view. 1. Staff were rude, as if they didn't want to help. They had this terrible attitude 2. Room wasn't cleaned. When approached about this, they said that you need to ask for it. But didn't want to accommodate housekeeping for that day. We had no towels in the room and they didn't want to assist 3. One of the rooms had a broken coffee machine. When asked for a fix, the property ignored it 4. No phone in the room. You have to call them from mobile and there is no reception in most of the property area 5. Cabins are sub-standard. Construction quality is terrible and not in line with hotel rates DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL
