I only stayed one night, but the spot is convenient, just a short walk from the CECAP‑GUARULHOS station and close to Guarulhos airport. The room had a water filter, a microwave, and cups, and nearby you find a market, restaurants, and a bakery. The streets feel a bit unsafe, though that didn't really affect my stay.

The place looked more like a garage or warehouse than a hotel. It sits in a very isolated area surrounded by other storage units, and the vibe when I arrived was not very pleasant—almost scary. The room was somewhat dirty, the bed had no sheets, and the windows didn’t close properly, which is a serious safety issue because you can get inside from the outside. Overall, the experience was bad and I didn’t feel comfortable or safe.

The room and bathroom were newly renovated and spotless! The air conditioner was cool, the TV even had Netflix, the mini‑fridge was brand new, the blanket was soft, and there was plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes, plus a table with a chair. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
