The room is very spacious and comfortable, as are the beds and the bathroom. Check‑in was self‑service, but they were attentive throughout to make sure we could enter and settle in properly. Having parking available makes the stay much easier. Thank you very much for everything!

Resumen de esta reseña

The guest had the freedom to pick any room, but the owner could not change the paid choice without warning. The owner offered two explanations: first, “you’re in room 2, so I gave you another room that costs more,” and second, “the booked room had a problem.” He also said that if you didn’t accept, you could cancel around 9 pm to get a refund. If there really was an issue with the chosen and paid room, why wasn’t it mentioned earlier? Why wait for guests to discover it themselves? We needed a room with a bed and a sofa‑bed for two adults; it isn’t the owner’s job to decide where and how two people sleep. A high rating does not guarantee seriousness or trust. I don’t think he could have done this with fellow countrymen, but “probably” with a “disrespectful instinct” toward others he thinks he can just allow it. We had to cut off phone communication because of the extreme discomfort at that moment. Any other explanation remains wrong. At least he should have apologized, especially considering the difficulty of sleeping with internal and external noise starting at 5 am.
