We loved the host and the location, and the room was spacious. It was close to the subway and the Colosseum. However, there was constant banging outside the bathroom window and an odor that wasn’t a typical bathroom smell.

Our experience was fantastic, mainly thanks to Francesco, who is simply excellent. He was very attentive from before we arrived in the city, tracking our flight and texting us on WhatsApp as soon as we landed to explain why our luggage was on a belt; a detail we had never seen before that shows how much he cares about his guests. The location is unbeatable: very close to the Colosseum, other tourist attractions, metro stations, and surrounded by great restaurants. The hotel isn’t ultra‑luxurious, but it has everything you need for a perfect and practical stay. The room and bathroom were spotless. During our trip, Rome was extremely hot; although the room had air conditioning, we still felt warm, and Francesco didn’t hesitate to find us a fan to ensure a good rest. A very comfortable, clean place with unmatched human warmth. Totally recommended! The only improvement would be to give the air conditioner a bit more power during the summer, as it can fall short on very hot days.
