I liked the service and the location, but the towels and bed linens smelled bad, especially the towels.

“Notcomfortable very bad with”

I liked the owner; she is kind, but the staff are completely unwelcoming, speaking condescendingly and lacking tact. An elderly man, shamelessly, stirs up trouble, acting pleasant to your face while badmouthing you behind your back. He works at the hostel and coughs and passes gas 24 hours a day, as if that’s normal. A young, dark‑skinned man who doesn’t know how to speak or conduct himself seems to think I’m living in a charity shelter—listen here, you scoundrel, I’m paying for this! On top of that, there are mice in the kitchen. The staff are utterly tactless and full of malice.

“⚠️ The most horrible hostel in Sao Paulo 🚫”

⚠️ The worst hostel I ever stayed in ⚠️ The hostel is super dirty: The toilets and rooms are terribly dirty and dirty, Bed bugs everywhere, and the smell of the Rooms is simply so stinky! There is no fresh air , no ventilation and not even correct windows for breathing in the rooms ☢️ There are 4 high beds ( 8 ppl ) in a 9m² room 🫣 The location of the hostel is not safe at all, and the hostel itself has super strange guests fully stinky, drunk and alcoholics !!! The personal there is totally unprofessional, don't speak any foreign language, and is totally incompetent! The owner of the hostel is super aggressive, unpolite and super disrespectful towards guests; Saw her screaming super loud, stressing guests and insulting everyone there . which made her looks super ugly and terribly dangerous! The hostel is an absolute pure horror, and nothing works well in it. I strongly don't recommend it, only to poor ppl who have absolutely no other options in town, and it's maximum for one or two nights. Check‑in is flexible and the front desk is open 24 hrs, but the room smells bad, lacks ventilation, and the quiet hours don’t work properly.
