Getting an early check‑in was a relief, and the staff were courteous. The air conditioner wasn’t working (maybe a whole‑building auto‑mode?) so it was a bit hot, and I felt the price was high, possibly due to the BTS LIVE event.

The location is great—public transport is close and there’s a convenience store nearby. It was a weekend during peak season, so the price was a bit steep, which was disappointing.

On day one, the bathroom floor was leaking, but the hotel quickly swapped my room and upgraded it, which impressed me a lot. A staff member insisted on keeping the room key at the hotel, and there was no safety box in the room to store valuables, making me feel insecure.
