The rooms had a great vibe and the staff were polite, helpful, and friendly, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped, though still manageable.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and hot water available. The staff and host were polite and helpful. The location was peaceful and close to the main attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Nothing major. Everything was good. Just a little improvement in room maintenance would make the experience even better

I’ve stayed at The Kwality Residency twice now, and this time the difference was huge: the room was spotless, the bedsheet and towel were fresh, the AC was turned on for me, and the bathroom was immaculate with a water bottle provided; the staff were even more polite than before, and check‑in was quick because I had prepaid—overall, it’s noticeably better now; next time I visit Mathura I’ll stay here again and recommend it to friends. The only downside is that it’s much busier than before.
