“Relaxing with my husband”

I had a great stay, just wish they’d mentioned the parking fee beforehand. Everything else was nice.

“Awesome stay but they had one elevator down which made things a little hectic.”

The place was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, though the elevator wait time was a bit annoying.

“Location was good, they were too overbooked and didn’t have enough rooms or parking to accommodate all the guests.”

The hotel’s proximity to downtown and the arch was a plus, but after emailing ahead and being promised adjoining rooms, I arrived to find they were “too full” and couldn’t give me adjoining rooms or switch me to a suite.

“Excellent customer service”

I traveled to St. Louis for a quick weekend with friends. I needed to call the hotel before I arrived and was amazed when, after 2 rings, a real person answered the phone. Not only was Kayla not AI, she was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Kayla was at the front desk to great us with a beautiful smile and excellent customer service. Every staff we encountered from the ladies cleaning the rooms, the maintenance man, and the ladies at breakfast were absolutely amazing. Its sad that good customer service can take one by surprise now days but that is exactly what happened. Our whole group was blown away by the impeccable customer service given by every single employee we encountered. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was superb. One elevator was down so it took a long time to get anywhere
