The place is local, calm, and perfect for rest, but within 800 meters we were already at the start of Florence’s centre and activities. Contact was always quick, and both check‑in and check‑out were super smooth. The only thing that could improve is putting a small set of glasses and cutlery in each room.

The bathroom was great, showers had good water pressure, and they supplied shampoo and body wash (though one room’s bottle was broken). Rooms were spacious, and the fridge came with complimentary water bottles. The building sits just far enough from Florence to avoid crowds, yet it’s a short walk to the centre. Ceiling paintings were stunning! The beds were very squeaky, so we woke each other when turning. The TV sat high on the bed, not a major issue. In room Arno, road noise was a bit loud, but manageable.

The room was very clean and coffee was available. The check‑out time on Booking was 10:30, but the hotel required 10:00.

Simone helped with everything, was very helpful and kind. The room was small but still comfortable, and everything was very clean. The only drawback was the distance from the centre; if you don’t have a car, you need to check public transport because there’s a lot to walk to see.
