Nothing. The air conditioning didn't work (I had to use the ceiling fan…😬). Lighting was terrible. Pillows were horrible. The bed was listed as single, yet it was a double and a single! The bathroom was small, especially the shower. Low lighting, high mirror, a toilet with a loose lid. The TV was hard to access and when it did work, the sound was very low (they had to replace the batteries). The reception had no bathroom.

The reception and parking service were awful, nothing else worth mentioning.

The location was great, but the room was tiny, the facilities were old, the breakfast was weak, the bathroom cramped, and the towels felt too thin.

The accommodation was quite comfortable and the overall service efficient, and parking cost was very reasonable, though the location on a square was a downside.
