Nothing we liked about the property it was a 3 day plan , check out the next day. Rooms Not clean , smelly , booking . Com showed with swimming pool , but pool not maintained for long time , remove the pool from the booking .com so others don’t get pissed off

The listing shows a four‑star hotel with misleading pictures, but the beds were old, everything felt worn and poorly maintained, the air‑conditioning barely cooled, and the room cleaning was awful; it looked more like a roadside motel than even a three‑star property – a total rip‑off.

The spot is great for getting to the Impact Center, and the room was spacious, but the pool was closed and filthy, the upkeep feels minimal, and I got swarmed by mosquitoes while waiting for a taxi in the lobby.

I’d advise you to skip this place and book somewhere else that’s more trustworthy and won’t scam you – but that’s just my opinion.

The hotel didn't quite live up to its promises. We were given a room that was a far cry from what we'd booked, and to make matters worse, it was filthy. The only bright spot was the friendly receptionist, Pui, who tried her best to make up for the hotel's shortcomings. Unfortunately, the facilities were also in a sorry state, with several things out of order.
