The huge green area, clean pools, excellent food and leisure organization made for a consistently interesting and comfortable stay. Even with the hotel fully booked, there were no crowds, queues, or other nuisances, and Russian was understood almost everywhere. The hotel offered a great mix of fun and calm, and the on‑site water park was a fantastic activity for the kids. The included alcohol in the all‑inclusive was decent. The main pool sometimes heats up too much; it would help to periodically cool it down a bit.

The hotel was super beautiful, well maintained, with lovely pools, delicious meals, and good kids’ entertainment. However, the staff—whether at reception, as servers, or at the bar—were terrible; the reception had no smiles and you could stand in front of them for an hour with no one telling you to come in, making you feel like a nuisance. Another issue was that, while most guests were Russian, the hotel should also speak English to everyone.
