The large public bath let me unwind, and the complimentary nighttime drink bar even included alcohol, which felt like a great perk. My room was spotless and very nice, and when we arrived soaked from the rain on two motorcycles, staff brought towels and parked the bikes under a roof, which was a huge relief compared to the usual open lot.

The staff treated us very nicely, but during breakfast the sudden rush of guests left some dishes missing, making it look like they were overwhelmed or short‑staffed, even though the team did their best.

The onsen bath and free drink bar were nice, and being able to choose the pillow type was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was acceptable, but the salad only had one vegetable topping, and the only fruit offered was canned fruit cocktail.
